Important Customer Notice: UK Systems Upgrade

At TDSi by Hirsch, we are committed to continually improving the service, efficiency and support we provide to our customers and partners. As part of this commitment, we will be carrying out a significant upgrade to our internal systems between 1st and 5th June 2026.

This important update is designed to strengthen our operational capabilities and support future improvements across order management, logistics and customer service processes. While these upgrades will deliver long-term benefits, there will unfortunately be some short-term impact on our normal order processing and dispatch times during the transition period.

What This Means for Customers

Between 1st and 5th June, customers may experience some disruption to the following:

• Shipment dispatch
• Order confirmations and updates
• Standard turnaround times

Our teams will be working throughout the transition period to minimise disruption and ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible. However, we would like to make customers aware that delivery and dispatch timeframes are likely to be longer than usual while the system updates are completed.

Recommendations for Urgent Orders

To help avoid unnecessary delays, we strongly encourage customers and partners to:

• Review any open or pending orders ahead of the upgrade period
• Place any urgent orders for that week as early as possible
• Process planned shipments in advance where feasible

Taking these proactive steps will help ensure continuity and minimise disruption to your projects and operational requirements.
