Gateway Installer Training
Gateway has been carefully designed to ensure our Authorised, Gold and Platinum installers are equipped with the knowledge and expertise they need to efficiently install, maintain and upgrade TDSi products.
We offer a range of access control training courses which can be run at our own training suite*, at customer’s own premises, or on- site.
Delivered by experienced professionals, the training courses are based across three levels:
- Gold (Access Control** or CCTV***)
- Platinum**** (Access Control or CCTV)

*In order to attend the Gold course you must have as a company a minimum of 5 engineers having attended and passed the Authorised Installer course. These 5 engineers will be eligible for the Gold training.
** In order to attend the gold CCTV course you must have undertaken: Tavcom “CCTV over IP” course (COM 2), TDSi's VUgarde 1 training course or equivalent.
*** In order to attend the Platinum course you must have as a company a minimum of 5 engineers having attended and passed the Gold course. These 5 engineers will be eligible for the Platinum training.
Introducing - Texecom Premier Elite Training at TDSi
This workshop will run from 08:30 - 15:00 and include:
- A training overview
- General wiring and configuration
- Zone wiring and programming
- Keypad and expander wiring
- Hands-on programming of time and date zones and user codes
- Ricochet learn process
- Ricochet commissioning
- Smart-com communication and the Texecom Connect APP
- An overview of the Texecom Cloud Services (TCS)
