Partnerships are absolutely vital to TDSi and have been since the business was founded back in 1982! By 1984 one of our most important partners (on an OEM basis) was world-renowned security manufacturer Chubb – a partnership which took TDSi’s products overseas for the first time, as our first export customer. This was a vital first step for some of the company’s earliest successes.


Evolving with our partners

Latterly, over the last five to 10 years a lot of the strategic partnerships we’ve got involved with have been predominantly with other technology providers - be that CCTV companies, intruder alarm companies or PSIM software producers.


A lot of this has been driven by customer demands. When users need their systems to be more inter-operable, it makes perfect sense for manufacturers of complementary systems to work together. This ensures that we all achieve common aims and satisfy keen market demand. This also means TDSi has an ever-growing and evolving list of partnerships!


Sales Partnerships

The other side of this is the partnerships we have with the specialists that actually sell TDSi products to the market. As a manufacturer, we do a lot of work creating awareness of our brand and products in the market place. However, without our integration, systems installation and distribution partners, we wouldn’t have a business!


These are some of the real heroes of the TDSi story – the partners that are out there selling TDSi products and mutually growing our business share in a huge variety of international markets. Partnerships really are crucial in the security market and we are always aware of this huge contribution to the TDSi brand!


TDSi Channel Partner Programme

Like any partnership, we understand that working together is a two-way process. In return for the commitment of our partners, we offer a raft of support that is aimed at fostering mutual success.


The TDSi Channel Partner Programme is specifically designed to help our channel partners capitalise on the growing market for access control, CCTV and integrated security systems.


We sell exclusively through an indirect distribution model, delivering our products through certified channel partners that have the expertise and resources to meet our customers' needs. This isn’t just installation, it also involves full support and servicing of these systems for the lifespan of the product.


The TDSi Channel Partner Programme welcomes value-added resellers, installers, system integrators and solution providers who recognise the commercial opportunities in selling TDSi’s market-leading products.


There are three tiers, each offering incremental benefits ­ Authorised, Gold and Platinum. What they have in common is that in return for a commitment to selling TDSi products, we provide both sales and product training, along with help with marketing materials and technical advice, which is an invaluable value-add for any customer.
