I hope this message finds you well. What used to be a pleasant greeting, now has so much more meaning and is said with sincerity.
We are in unprecedented times for business and society. Like most businesses we are continuing to monitor events closely and are making adaptations accordingly in order to safeguard the well-being of our employees, customers and everyone in our community to fulfil our purpose of delivering peace of mind.
We have ensured an adequate supply of components for our manufacturing lines to ensure minimal disruption to our abilities to service your needs as and when they occur.
With immediate effect until April 14th, we are restricting visits to our offices as much as is practicable.
With effect from March 23rd, we will be instigating a two team approach to how we service our customers and suppliers. The Blue Team will be our skeleton staff at the office working 9am to 4pm, whose purpose will be to continue to process and ship orders that we receive. All other staff will be designated as Red Team members and they will continue to service customers from home.
Our IP phone system and cloud-based technology for virtual meetings, conference calls and such will ensure that we provide the same level of service as normal. Our External Sales and Technical Support teams will, for example, be availing themselves of this technology to replace direct customer visits with virtual meetings.
How you contact us will remain the same. How we operate internally will change but you shouldn’t notice a difference, but if you do, please contact me directly.
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates in line with any changes to government guidelines.
