Our time and attendance system, TIMEgarde, provides an intuitive web-based time and attendance application for handling HR needs. TIMEgarde provides a range of reports as well as CSV file output that can then be used to link time and attendance to other HR and payroll systems.
By integrating TIMEgarde to EXgarde™ PRO, users that are registered to the access control system may also be made available to the time and attendance system, allowing any reader within the access control system to be used for ‘clocking’ purposes. This close integration provides a system that enables the system components to be shared and then utilised to the maximum effect.
Through the database integration module, EXgarde™ can also be interfaced to any third-party time and attendance application that uses an ODBC compliant database, allowing for the sharing of transaction and user information.
