Returns
Should any of our equipment fail during service or require replacement or repair during its warranty period, then it is the TDSi product return policy to:
- Replace or repair any product that fails during the warranty period, is damaged on delivery, or where incomplete or incorrect documentation has been dispatched (i.e. Operators Manuals/Installation Instructions), subject to any existing Distributor agreements that may be extant.
- Offer a no quibble policy, whereas TDSi will return to stock within a 30-day period from the dispatch date any product that has been incorrectly ordered by the user, or incorrectly specified by TDSi, provided that the product has not been installed, and is in “as dispatched” condition.
- Return to stock and credit all products as specified in and subject to individual Distributor agreements.
- Repair and/or replace at TDSi's discretion at an agreed fixed price, any unwarranted product that is still currently supplied, and can be repaired at second line level.
