If you find yourself in Poole but are no longer
following one of the routes below, head for the Nuffield Industrial Estate
which is off Fleets Corner roundabout. We are opposite Blue Chip Data
Systems, which is 200 metres east of Toys 'R' Us.
Please choose your starting point:
From the East (40 mins. from
Southampton)
Take the M27 to Junction 1 and keep straight on, which is
the A31.
15 miles later, bear right at a roundabout, staying on the
A31 signposted Wimborne and Dorchester.
6 miles later, turn left at a roundabout (signposted Poole
and Wimborne). 200 metres later, turn right at a roundabout onto to the
A349 sign-posted Poole.
Follow signs for Poole town centre and the Ferry Port.
After a small roundabout (Broadstone signposted to the right) you will
descend Gravel Hill to arrive at Darby's Corner roundabout:

Go straight on
(2nd exit) and you will find yourself on a dual carriageway
(Waterloo Road). You will immediately pass a Shell petrol station on your
left.
The 2nd set of traffic lights after the roundabout is the
(Hatchpond junction, Burger
King diagonally opposite you):

Go straight on and after the junction get into the left
lane. Go through a set of lights that control access to and from Tesco's
supermarket on your right, and you will arrive at at the Fleetsbridge
roundabout:

Turn left at the roundabout and within 100 metres bear
left onto the industrial estate:

200 yards later you will see the TDSi sign on the right:

Turn in and then turn immediately left (ignore the arrows
on the sign - they really are quite confusing!); the visitors' car park is
dead ahead.
From the North-West (1 hr from
Warminster)
Take the A350 towards Blandford. Stay on the A350 as it
bypasses Blandford, following signs for Poole and taking care to make a
left turn at the fourth roundabout (Tesco's on your right) to stay on the
A350 to Poole rather than straight on (A354 to Dorchester).
Stay on the A350 for 10 miles until you reach a roundabout
above the A35. Turn left to drop down onto the dual carriageway, and 1
mile later leave the dual carriageway to stay on the A35 signposted
Ringwood (do not stay on the dual carriageway, which magically turns back
into the A350 signposted Poole...).
1.5 miles later, at a large roundabout just after a
"hump" in the road, get in the middle lane (of three approach
lanes) to take the second exit (signposted Ringwood). Immediately, bear
left into Nuffield Industrial Estate.
350 metres later, turn right at the TDSi sign and
immediately left towards the Visitors' car park.
From the West (30 mins. from
Dorchester)
Take the A35 towards Poole. The road becomes dual
carriageway at the Lytchett Minster roundabout (Bakers Arms pub on the
left).
3 miles later, leave the dual carriageway to stay on the
A35 signposted Ringwood (do not stay on the dual carriageway, which
magically turns back into the A350 signposted Poole...).
