Return Policy

Time and Data Systems International Ltd warrants its eX series products (excluding any Software) for 3 years with all other product warranted for 15 Months from date of despatch.  
Should any of our equipment fail during service or require replacement or repair, then it is TDSi's policy:

  • To replace or repair all product that fails during the warranty period, is damaged on delivery, or where incomplete or incorrect documentation, i.e. Operators Manuals/Installation Instructions, have been dispatched, subject to any existing Distributor agreements that may be extant.
  • To offer a no quibble policy, whereas TDSi will return to stock within a 30-day period from the dispatch date any product that has been incorrectly ordered by the user, or incorrectly specified by TDSi, provided that the product has not been installed, and is in a "as dispatched" condition.
  • Return to stock and credit all products as specified in and subject to individual Distributor agreements.
  • Repair and/or replace at TDSi's discretion at an agreed fixed price, any unwarranted product that is still currently supplied, and can be repaired at second line level.
  • All freight charges will be: product to TDSi at the customer's cost; product from TDSi at TDSi's cost.
