We are looking to recruit a part-time (20 hours a week over 5 days) Office Administrator to join our growing team.

Based at our offices in Poole, your duties will include general administration, managing suppliers, maintaining the office environment and carrying out the admin side of the HR function of the business.

Job Description

Role Purpose

To provide continuous professional administrative and business support to meet and service the needs of all departments within TDSi.  This is an office based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with post in & post out
  • Draft letters & other correspondence as requested
  • Supplier Contract Management
  • HR administration including carrying out the induction and leavers process
  • Maintenance of asset register
  • Plan and book travel arrangements
  • Take messages and transfer calls
  • Fax, scan and copy documents
  • Draft internal memos
  • Order office supplies and stationery
  • Perform administrative functions for operations team
  • Take notes or minutes at fortnightly Operations Meetings
  • Arrange meetings
  • Maintain databases
  • Liaise with H&S advisors and organise fire drills and exercises
  • Vending machine
  • Coordinate the renewal of car leases
  • Maintain sales team diaries
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Experience/Education Requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent level Maths and English
  • Previous experience of HR would be an advantage, although no formal qualifications are needed
