Software Support Agreements

TDSi provides exemplary customer support that enhances the effectiveness of your access control and integrated security system.

TDSi can provide a range of Customer Maintenance and Supports services to meet the demands  of your business. TDSi’s software support contracts are only available through approved TDSi installers with Authorised, Gold and Platinum accreditation. To find out more contact TDSi and a member of our team will be happy to recommend an approved TDSi installer near you.


When does it apply?

Period of cover: 12 months as standard

Hours of service: Monday ­ Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

Our professional support technicians have the expertise required to ensure your satisfaction and the success of your EXgarde system. TDSi delivers comprehensive, high-quality technical assistance with phone and email support from experienced industry experts, software updates for technical protection, and an online Customer Support Portal.


What is included in the contract?

Included as Standard:

  • 12 months Professional Service Support  (Software only)
  • 1 hour telephone or remote connection support per month

Additional Services*:

TDSi’s experts can audit and check your system to ensure that it is running smoothly to maximise the security of the site.


Remote Access

Allow TDSi’s support team to monitor and manage your system remotely. This can be done either by telephone or via PC dial-in. Additional hours are available for purchase.


Software Upgrades

Ensure that you receive software upgrades free of charge to ensure efficiency improvements and additional features to be used.
